A launch film for Close Loop, an AI that answers Instagram DMs in your own voice.

The challenge
Close Loop answers Instagram DMs in the brand’s own voice. Buyers worry AI replies sound robotic, so the film had to prove the replies feel human and that follow-ups never repeat.
What I made
1Real-looking DM threads animated message by message
2Side-by-side moments: robotic reply versus Close Loop reply
3A launch story from first message to closed sale
4A 1:13 cut for launch
The result
A 1:13 launch film that shows, message by message, that Close Loop’s replies read like a real person wrote them.
1:13Finished runtime
16:9Landscape film with audio
